Registered Massage Therapy Treatments
Massage therapy that honours how much you’re carrying, seen and unseen
Each session is shaped by your nervous system, your needs, and the understanding that nothing in you exists on its own.
From the moment you arrive, everything is chosen to support your regulation — heat, breathwork, touch, scent, stillness, and the presence of someone attuned to you.
While all bodies respond in their own way, you may notice tension releasing, increased body awareness, and an easier path into rest.

gift cards
Treat your loved ones to a thoughtful, meaningful gift. Alternatively, send to someone you know with a stick up their @$$ who desperately needs some down time (it’s probably just their personality, but props to you for trying!).
Included in every treatment:
Every interbeing treatment is performed with Beauty from Bees body serum instead of traditional massage oil. This nourishing, Canadian-made serum blends beeswax, castor oil, avocado oil, and shea butter to deeply hydrate the skin while you receive your massage. Choose from a variety of natural scents when you arrive, or let your therapist guide you toward a blend that supports the intention of your session. Warm basalt stones and intentional aromatherapy are woven throughout every treatment, encouraging the body's natural capacity to soften, settle, and receive.
A few simple preparations can help your body ease into the session:
01
Complete your intake form beforehand to allow more hands-on time during your visit.
02
Try to limit caffeine intake before your visit to help your body slow down.
03
Turn your phone on ‘do not disturb’ upon arrival to pause your outer world and shift the focus to you :)
Frequently asked questions
-
The most supportive thing you can do is give yourself a little space around your appointment. Completing your intake form and arriving early gives you time to relax before your session.
Once you’re here, I’ll guide you through the rest.
We’ll talk about what brings you in, any sensitivities you’d like me to know about, and your preferences around things like pressure, areas of focus, scent, and warmth. You don’t need to prepare anything perfectly — your only job is to show up, and we’ll move through each step together.
-
Yes, Nora, the resident cat lives here. An allergen-neutralizing spray is used to reduce dander, but if you have allergies, please let me know before booking so we can see if this space is right for you.
-
The time we book for your session is held just for you, which means I’m often not able to fill it on short notice. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will be charged 100% of the treatment fee. If you’re able to send someone in your place, that fee will be waived.
If you arrive late, your treatment will still end at the originally scheduled time so as not to delay the next appointment. The full appointment fee will still apply. Please note that insurance providers do not cover or reimburse fees for missed sessions.
-
Cash, e-transfer, debit, and all major credit cards are accepted forms of payment, and payment is due at the time of your appointment. Tipping is not necessary or expected, but is graciously welcomed.
To keep treatment fees as transparent and sustainable as possible, a $5 processing fee is added to payments made by credit card. This helps cover the transaction costs charged by the processor. There is no additional fee for payments made by debit or e-transfer, so those are great options if you’d like to avoid the credit card processing fee.
-
Many extended health insurance plans offer full or partial coverage for treatments with a Registered Massage Therapist. Coverage varies by provider and plan, so it’s a good idea to check your benefits to see what’s included.
Payment for your session is made at the time of your appointment. I don’t offer direct billing, but you’ll receive a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement, if your plan allows.
