the understanding that everything in the natural world exists in deep connection with each other, and that nothing can exist completely on its own

Kaitlin, Founder & RMT

As a Registered Massage Therapist, former yoga teacher, avid recreational athlete, and lifelong artist, I’ve spent a lot of time learning about how people come home to themselves.

Movement, breath, rhythm — they’ve always been the threads that help me understand the body and the stories it holds.

I care deeply about the collective and the possibility of a world rooted in liberation, justice, and care. And while that vision is big, I’ve learned my energy is most powerful in the small, immediate spaces:

one body, one breath, one conversation at a time.

…and then there’s Nora :)

Studio cat, co-regulator, and quiet supervisor who reminds me daily that rest is legitimate work.

Nora shares the space with us, so please keep cat allergies in mind when booking your appointment.

    Privacy Policy

As a Registered Massage Therapist, I collect only the information necessary to provide safe, effective massage therapy treatment and to meet legal and professional obligations.  This may include contact details, health history, treatment notes, and billing information.

Online booking and electronic records are managed through JaneApp, a secure practice management platform that uses industry-standard safeguards.

Your information is never shared without your consent, except where required by law.  You may request access to or correction of your records at any time, in writing.

For privacy inquiries, please reach out to me directly.

  • #map-cancellation

    Cancellation Policy

The time we book for your session is held just for you, which means I’m often not able to fill it on short notice. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will be charged 100% of the treatment fee. If you’re able to send someone in your place, that fee will be waived.

If you arrive late, your treatment will still end at the originally scheduled time so as not to delay the next appointment. The full appointment fee will still apply.  Please note that insurance providers do not cover or reimburse fees for missed sessions.

  • #map-safe

    Safer Space Policy

inter•being bodywork is committed to creating a space that is respectful and affirming for people of all races, genders, sexual orientations, body sizes, abilities, religions, and identities.

To protect that environment, inter•being maintains a zero-tolerance policy for racism, homophobia, transphobia, fatphobia, and all other forms of hateful speech or rhetoric regarding an individual's race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other aspect of their identity.

Any actions, language, or behaviour that compromise the safety and inclusion of others, including the practitioner, will not be accepted.

I recognize that systemic inequities mean many people — especially people of colour and other marginalized communities — face greater barriers to accessing care and benefits like extended health coverage. I offer a limited number of sliding scale sessions and welcome you to reach out to me directly if you’d like to access this option.

The studio

inter•being bodywork sits in downtown Toronto’s Corktown neighbourhood. Warm light, natural textures, and a few well-loved plants offer you a place to fully exhale and release what your body hasn’t been able to let go of.
